PLEASE NOTE:

Faye will consult clients on the phone or via FaceTime. Clients can send pictures or videos of their hair in its natural condition for her to review if required.

She will discuss the condition and history of chemical treatments to determine if Yuko is suitable. Over the years, Faye has treated fully bleached/highlighted and colour-damaged hair. She has also treated Afro-textured hair that has not been relaxed with Lye in the past year. Over-processed or heavily bleached hair may not be ideal for this treatment.

Once the consultation has finished and the hair is deemed suitable, the client can then book an appointment. Upon booking the appointment, a £100 deposit will be taken to secure the slot.
